Mike Rice

In 2003, Mr. Rice joined The Lemoine Company as an Estimator. Furthering his experience through management of the Small Projects Division, he was promoted to Preconstruction Manager in 2008. As head of Preconstruction, his responsibilities included subcontractor and supplier relationship management, budget development, estimate review and oversight, design assist and overall guidance of the estimating team. Mr. Rice served as Vice President of Lemoine’s Vertical Construction division prior to transitioning to lead Lemoine’s Disaster Services group. As President of Disaster Services, he provides overall guidance for Lemoine’s Disaster Program Management and Construction operations.  He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all  projects within the Disaster Services market and has the ultimate responsibility for projects delivered safely, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Mr. Rice is a 2003 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. He also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Delgado and has completed the Human Dynamics Uncommon Leadership Academy.
