Lemoine leverages Building Information Modeling (BIM) to generate and model digital representations of the physical and functional components of a facility. Knowledge gained through BIM modeling supports decision-making from early conceptual stages through design development and construction. By integrating the project schedule into the model, we are able to align schedule, time constraints, and cost-related information which creates a 4D model. A 5D model is then generated which allows the design and building team members to visualize the construction activities and related costs over time. This technique greatly improves project management and construction delivery for projects of various size and complexity.

Lemoine is devoted to leveraging technology on all of our projects to increase efficiency, productivity, and collaboration which in turn delivers a higher quality project while reducing the overall cost. Virtual Construction technologies are used at all phases of the pre-construction and construction process. We can capture existing conditions with laser scanning allowing us to plan with greater accuracy and efficiency. Creating & coordinating 3D models identifies and resolves potential clashes and problems before they are created in the field. Using our coordinated 3D models we can prefabricate construction materials for streamlining installation in the field to ensure certainty for our customers and clients.

We utilize a pragmatic step-by-step Lemoine Project Success Ladder for Project Delivery. This ladder starts in the Pre-Pursue phase and moves through Preconstruction and Construction, ending in Project Closeout phase. Each detailed step, tied to documentation and instruction in Lemoine’s Policy and Procedures Manual, ensures continuity of project execution across all Lemoine projects. Our Project Controls system includes the people, processes, and tools to plan, manage and mitigate costs and schedule issues and avoid any risk that may impact a successful project outcome.
