Seth Lemoine

President, Infrastructure

Mr. Lemoine joined the organization as an Office Engineer in 2002. After a period working in the estimating department, he went on to become the Small Projects Division Manager and then Vice President in 2008. Now serving as Group President of Infrastructure, Mr. Lemoine provides overall guidance to the Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents within his Market. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the Infrastructure sector, which includes municipal and civil construction projects. Mr. Lemoine has the ultimate responsibility for projects delivered safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers. He also leads the effort in workforce development, building the craft curriculum and acting as an instructor.

Mr. Lemoine graduated from Louisiana State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1997‐2010 as a helicopter pilot and helicopter repairer, completing a tour in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
