Delivered through the Design-Build delivery method, the project seeks to expand UMC’s current parking capacity with a new garage.  The first floor will offer commercial office space fronting Tulane Avenue.

The parking garage facility will include the following program elements:

  • 1365 Parking Spaces over Seven (7) Levels
  • Pre-Stress Pre-Cast Concrete Design
  • Auger Cast Deep Foundation Systems
  • Barrier Rails and Guards
  • Elevator Systems
  • Underground Storm Drainage Retention System
  • Parking Control Systems for the Existing and New Garage
  • Roughly 16,000 SF of Retail Space (Shelled) Along Tulane Avenue
