Delivered through the Design-Build delivery method, the project seeks to expand UMC’s current parking capacity with a new garage. The first floor will offer commercial office space fronting Tulane Avenue.
The parking garage facility will include the following program elements:
- 1365 Parking Spaces over Seven (7) Levels
- Pre-Stress Pre-Cast Concrete Design
- Auger Cast Deep Foundation Systems
- Barrier Rails and Guards
- Elevator Systems
- Underground Storm Drainage Retention System
- Parking Control Systems for the Existing and New Garage
- Roughly 16,000 SF of Retail Space (Shelled) Along Tulane Avenue
