This CMaR project, for the Lafayette Parish School System, will expand L.J. Alleman Middle School with more instructional spaces to replace the 26 portable classroom buildings that students are currently housed within. The work consists of the construction of a new, single-story, 36,601 square foot structural CMU classroom building with steel joists & deck, brick veneer, and a mod bit roof.
