Landmark Medical Office Building Lafayette, Louisiana

Located on the Our Lady of Lourdes Campus, the James Devin Moncus Medical Office Building serves to house many of the doctors practicing campus, as well as many of its administrative personnel.

Project scope included a four-story, 100,000 square foot MOB shell and core. The project anticipated at least 90% of the building interior work being awarded and completed within the 12-month duration via change order, based upon unit prices provided at the time of bid.
