Greenhouse Phase 3 at LSU Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Located on LSU’s Baton Rouge Campus, this project includes construction of two new student housing buildings totaling 247,460 SF located north of the existing Herget and Miller Hall.  In addition to the 881-bed facility, this project includes site improvements including interconnecting sidewalks, a new parking area on the northeast side, sewer lift station, landscaping, and site furniture.

Lemoine has completed additional on-campus housing at LSU including Nicholson Gateway Development, Spruce Hall, and Cedar Hall.
