The LSU Gym/Armory, built in the 1920’s, located on the corner of North Stadium and Dalrymple, on the LSU campus, was completely renovated by Lemoine and is now titled The Cox Communications Academic Center for Student Athletes. The Center contains a library, study facilities, administration offices, as well as an auditorium available to all LSU students. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 1,008. Each seat is equipped with a power outlet and internet connection capabilities. The auditorium also has one of the largest projector screens in the country at 40′ x 15′.
The renovation increased facility usable area from 10,000 to 54,000 square feet.
