This new 3-story, 105,000 SF high school will replace the former Cohen High School on the old school’s site, which will be demolished as part of the project scope of work.  This FEMA funded project is one of the last projects to be released through the Louisiana Recovery School District.

Included in the new state-of-the-art high school are Teaching Stations for Core Academic Classes, Special Education Classes, Media Center Teaching Area, Professional Development, Visual Arts Classes, Music/Performing Arts (including Stage) Classes, and Physical Education (Gymnasium).  Associated site work and paving for parking, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, and stormwater management system are also included.

The project will be delivered through the CMaR method.
