This CMaR project will significantly expand Broadmoor Elementary School with the construction of a new 35,865-square-foot, two-story permanent wing addition with 25 classrooms and restrooms to replace the portable buildings currently on the campus. The new facility will be structural CMU with steel joints and deck, brick veneer, and a mod bit roof that will tie into the existing school building.
