Baker Hughes Regional Facility Broussard, Louisiana

Contracted by Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, The Lemoine Company served as General Contractor for this 215,000 square foot consolidated office, manufacturing and equipment distribution facility for Baker Oil Tools. The scope of work was inclusive of all required site development and infrastructure work for a 22 acre site along with the construction of eight (8) separate buildings and installation of all required manufacturing and maintenance equipment. Special floor levelness/flatness tolerances were required and successfully achieved in order to accomplish sensitive material movement requirements throughout the manufacturing and distribution facilities.
