The Skin Surgery Centre New Orleans, Louisiana

Located within Southern Orthopedic in Metairie, this 4,400 square foot interior build-out was completed on a two and a half month schedule. Site work included demolition of interior partitions, coiling door, and exterior wall. Architectural woodwork including base and wall cabinets and solid surface countertops were installed, included the addition of a reception area and nurses station.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes to accommodate the new layout were also completed, including the relocation of sprinkler heads, relocation of ductwork and HVAC units, and new electrical panel.

Also included was the installation of the exterior, interior, and room ID signage.
