Southside High School Youngsville, Louisiana

Located in Louisiana’s fastest-growing city of Youngsville, this project consists of a 258,000 SF new construction high school. Delivered under Construction Management at Risk method, the high school was built to keep up with the increasing demands of the ever-growing population in South Lafayette.

The state-of-the-art high school, located on a 100-acre site off of Almonaster road, consists of 3 main areas, the center of which is a 3-story classroom building. The classroom building contains laboratories, a library, dining facility, and collaboration spaces. A single-story building to the east houses two gymnasiums and locker room areas. To the west, a single-story theatre, band and rehearsal building resides.
