Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this Design-Build project consists of the construction of a new Medical Office Building and Ancillary Surgical Center.

The MOB is 5-stories, 191,593 SF, and includes various medical office areas, such as Pediatrics, Primary Care, Endocrine, Obstetrics and OB Ultrasound, Radiology Imaging, Orthopedic, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Urology, Neurology, Infusion, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, and Administration areas.

The ACS is a single-story mini-hospital, approximately 40,467 SF, offering a Surgical Center that includes 4 state-of-the-art operating rooms, 2 gastrointestinal procedure suites, 2 pain management procedure rooms, and the ability to perform general, ENT, Orthopedic, Gynecology, and Urology surgeries. The ACS was designed for future expansion to the 2nd and 3rd floor.

On-site improvements include faculty and visitor parking areas, emergency drop-off areas, covered walkways, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer infrastructure, and associated utilities. The project site is roughly 15 acres and includes asphalt parking, sidewalks, and landscaping.
